Goodness..I didn't know I wasn't ready for cool weather!!I hope you enjoyed this Fall weekend. A reminder that all 3rd graders will be taking the Fall OAA Wednesday, October 5. Please make sure your child is well rested and ready to go!!! Please have your child at school on time that day.
Our Homework for the week 10/3/11 to 10/7/11 will be:
Reading- Our story for Unit 1 Week 4 will be Supermarket by Kathleen Krull
Writing- We will write a Thank-you note and also work on complete sentences with correct capitalization and punctuation
Spelling- Vowel Digraphs of -ee,-ea,-ai,-oa,-ay,-ow
clean, agree, teeth, dream, grain, coach, display, window, shadow, cheese, peach, braid, Sunday, float, thrown
Math- Unit 2 We will continue to work on addition and subtraction. Please work on addition and subtraction facts each evening for 10 minutes or more.
Social Studies- We are working on map skills and directions
